Oslin Nation Co, a manufacturer’s Representative serving the mechanical (hydronic) and plumbing contractors in the commercial, institutional and industrial markets in Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Person. The ideal candidate has experience working with mechanical contractors and has the ability to develop relationships and become a valuable resource for our customers. Sales presentations, product demonstrations, and continuous customer and vendor interaction are required to be successful in this role. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain/grow sales to existing assigned accounts
  • Establish and develop new accounts
  • Make regularly scheduled visits to customers
  • Handle bid/spec and aftermarket sales activity for assigned accounts
  • Provide account management for existing clientele
  • Develop and maintain ongoing sales strategy as directed by manager
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals
  • Actively introduce products/services/extensions to new and existing customers
  • Manage projects from conception through owner training


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field highly preferred
  • Maintain/grow sales to existing assigned accounts
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of direct selling experience
  • Effective interaction with both internal and external contacts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe
  • Sales forecasting, strategy development, execution, and tracking
  • Familiarity with HVAC and hydronic and plumbing systems and applications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after completion of training
  • Physically capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
