This role requires an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for handling multiple projects of varying size and complexity. The right individual will need to fit into our organizations culture, be self-motivated, learn quickly and have a great attitude. Successful candidates are mechanically inclined, well-organized, work well in a team setting and perform efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

This position is primarily responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive quotes for products we represent. This will involve reviewing building plans and specs to determine HVAC and plumbing scope and perform a takeoff. This position plays an integral role with the sales and engineering team and will need to communicate at a high level to ensure full understanding of expectations, job progress, etc. This position requires the ability to consistently meet deadlines, have strong computer skills, learn the company ERP system (Epicor P21) to create customer quotes.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Highly organized and detail oriented, while able to be flexible as required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft products
• Self-motivated and confident in taking on additional tasks
• Comfortable working and producing within established timeframes and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or related field preferred
• Mathematical aptitude—comfortable making necessary calculations
• Punctual and reliability is a requisite
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Strong time management ability
• Able to build good relationships with all internal customers and team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and professional
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hrs. / day

Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
